The company becomes a leader in providing high technology solutions to a variety of small and large customers like Nationalized Banks, Railways, Cellphone companies, BPO, Call Centers and Corporate House.

PARAMETER is being managed by Mr. N. J. Naidu, an 25 years experienced Electrical Engineer , backed by Master Degree in Management, migrated to Mumbai and served for multinational companies like TATA POWER, POLYCHEM LTD. STANDARD SWITCHGEAR & ESPRIT SWITCHGEAR etc.

He had visited Europe in 1987 for technical collaboration and training of the Low Voltage Switchgear products like MCB and ELCB from F & G, GERMANY, MCCB from RADEKONCHAR, YUGOSLAVIA RCBO/RCD from SHIELE, and HAGER, FRANCE, SQUARE D, U.K. for Collaboration purpose. In addition to above he visited ITALY, SWITZERLAND and BELGIUM for further training.

In the year 2004, he visited to HONG KONG/BANGKOK and CHINA for the development of Solar Lighting Systems.
